Mr Lesiba Peter Mashishi has been a Communication Officer at the University of Venda (South Africa) since January 2017. Before joining the University of Venda, Mashishi was the Assistant Media and Publications Officer at the University of Limpopo (South Africa), where he also recently graduated with an MA in Communication Studies. His MA focused on Health Communication, and researched perceptions surrounding health beliefs and the spread of Tuberculosis (TB). He holds a BA; Honours and Masters Degree in Communication Studies, all from the University of Limpopo. In addition to these qualifications, he also completed a certificate in Communication Strategies for the Public Sector, which he obtained from Public Relations Institute of Southern Africa. Between 2015 and 2018, he participated in the Impala Project where he obtained a certificate of Project Writing and Management from University of Antwerp, Belgium.
