Dr Humbulani Samson Tshamano is a Lecturer in the Department of Human Sciences. He has worked for over 18 years in the higher education sector. He specialises in gender, agrarian, contemporary, economic, liberation and popular histories. He obtained BA, BA Hons (History), UED (Univen), MA (History) (UJ), PhD in History (Univen). Dr. Tshamano has supervised Honours & Masters students. Dr. Tshamano is a member of the Senate as well as a member of the Quality Assurance Committee in the Faculty of Humanities, Social Sciences and Education at the University of Venda. He has published extensively in peer reviewed and accredited journals. Among his recent publications are:
