The Executive Management Committee agreed that the University will roll-out the Automated Performance Management System for the academic year 2020 and 2021 performance cycle in the first quarter of 2020. It is for this reason that the ICT Department provided the training to Human Resources (HR) staff members who will be training all University staff members from Monday, 24 February 2020. This training of HR staff members took place at the University’s ICT 2 Lab on Wednesday, 19 February 2020.
The HR Department in collaboration with ICT Department will conduct the Automated Performance Management System User Training from Monday, 24 February 2020 until Friday, 28 February 2020. The system training is aimed at capacitating all staff members of the University of Venda to be able to conclude their performance agreement for 2020, performance cycle. All staff members are expected to attend this training for them to be able to conclude their performance agreements for 2020 performance cycle by 17 March 2020.
