As part of the plan to contribute positively towards the implementation of the University of Venda Strategic Plan, the University is delighted to announce the appointment of Ms Tshilidzi Ramulondi as Director Revenue and Financial Aid, responsible for Financial Aid, Student Debtors and Cash Management. She took on her role as the Director with effect from 01 March 2023.
Ms Ramulondi was the Acting Director of Revenue and Financial Aid at UNIVEN since February 2022. She is a highly experienced finance professional with over 16 years of work experience. Ms Ramulondi completed articles with the Auditor General in 2010. She joined UNIVEN in September 2017 as the Manager Financial Aid. Prior to joining UNIVEN, Ms Ramulondi worked at the country’s Crime Intelligence Unit, managing Secret Services Account where she was serving as the Deputy Director between 01 March 2010 and 31 August 2017.
Ms Ramulondi holds an Honours degree with specialisation in Financial Accounting from UNISA and she is a member of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA). Ramulondi is now at advanced stage of completing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with Henley Business School. She has successfully integrated with the University’s senior management and is ready to take her career to the next level. Her strategic financial, analytical and management skills will drive efficiencies and positive relationships in the business to the benefit of all stakeholders.
