We regret to announce the passing on of Dr Edzisani Nelson Raidimi who was attached to the Faculty of Science Engineering and Agriculture as the HOD Agriculture Economics and Agribusiness.
The late Dr Raidimi passed away on Wednesday, 16 February 2022. The Memorial service will be held on Thursday, 24 February 2022 starting at15:00 at the Christian Worship Centre (CWC) Manini. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, 26 February 2022, starting at 06:00 at Christian Worship Centre (CWC). The burial will take place at Mbaleni cemetery.
On behalf of the Vice-Chancellor and Principal Dr Bernard Nthambeleni, and the entire University Community, we extend our deepest sympathy to Raidimi family, relatives and friends.
The late Dr Nelson Raidimi will be sadly missed by all University staff members and students who had a pleasure of knowing him.
Due to the COVID-19 lockdown regulations, we’ll unfortunately not have a prayer service at the bereaved family and a memorial service as per our tradition.
