- We shall allow two guests per graduand, regardless of the Qualification type
- Access to the venue: the graduandi guests, to use their ID / Passport numbers to register online on the Web, url https://celcatits.univen.ac.za as confirmation to attend the ceremony. On the day of the ceremony, we shall scan their IDs, issue accreditation hand ribbons and allow them access to the venue
- Small children are not to be allowed at the venue
- Guests are to remain seated throughout the whole ceremony
