Please submit your proposal/quotation on your company official letter head and clearly indicate your Lead Time and Validity Period of your quotation. The following documents must be attached. Tax pin, CK Certificate, and complete SBD 4.

Terms and conditions In the event of unsatisfactory performance (Late delivery) or incomplete provision of goods and services, the University shall penalise the service provider by withholding up to 25% of the contract value.
