No enquiries will be entertained after 26 September 2023 at 16h30.
The closing date is 29 September 2023 at 12h00 Midday.

The requirement and deposit slip must be attached to the tender document. Banking details: are ABSA Bank,
Account number 1000000538 with beneficiary reference number 00015615 and company name.
Tender opening registers will be uploaded on the University website www.univen.ac.za.
Bids sealed in two envelopes indicating the bid number and the project name, one envelope indicating the pricing
offer and another the technical offer, should be deposited in the tender box located at the University of Venda Main
Gate, by the above-mentioned closing date and time.
Univen is not compelled to accept the lowest or any bid. No late, faxed, or telephonic bids will be accepted.
Bids submitted shall remain valid for 120 (one-hundred and twenty) days after the closing date.
