Bio Profile for Prof Hlanganipai Ngirande

Prof Hlanganipai Ngirande

Hlanganipai Ngirande is an emerging academic who has recently attained the position of Associate Professor and Head of the Extended Curriculum Programme (ECP) at the University of Venda, South Africa. His expertise lies in Human Resource Management and Organisational Psychology. With 13 years of teaching experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, he has earned multiple teaching and research awards. He holds a Ph.D., MCom in Industrial Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Higher Education (PGDHE), and various professional certifications.

As a distinguished Teaching Advancement at Universities (TAU) Fellow, Professor Ngirande has authored numerous DHET-accredited, peer-reviewed journal articles and is an active presenter at national and international conferences. His supervisory experience includes guiding 12 Master’s students, one Ph.D. candidate, and numerous Honours students. His commitment to student entrepreneurship is reflected in his role as an ENACTUS Faculty Advisor, STEP Trainer, and he actively participates in various University committees.
