Ms. Hlekani Vanessa Mbhatsani is a Lecturer in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics. She has worked for over ten years in the higher education sector. She specializes in indigenous foods and their role in nutrition and health, child health, and micronutrients. She has published extensively in peer-reviewed and accredited journals.
